Our community has grown to 320+ members with a rich ecosystem of resources: weekly group calls, 1:1 coaching, the UYSP online course, AskIan GPT, Masterminds, office hours, deal rooms, an active Slack community, and more. There is a lot inside the program by design, and our members win when they show up consistently, apply what they learn, and use the right resources at the right time.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, “batteries-included” Program Manager to own member success and program adoption across our community.
You’ll be the member’s go-to person between live sessions, guiding them through onboarding, keeping them engaged, and making sure they use the program and get results.
As our community continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping members succeed.
This role sits at the center of the member experience. You’ll build relationships, guide members toward the right resources and help them turn learning into action. You’ll be the connective tissue between our coaching, content, community, and members ensuring clients stay engaged, make progress, and get the outcomes they joined for.
Key Responsibilities
1. Member Onboarding
• Conduct onboarding calls with every new member.
• Run scheduled check-in calls throughout the membership.
• Guide new members through the platform and the full set of resources.
• Guide members toward the most relevant resources and next steps based on their goals, stage, and current challenges.
• Set clear expectations early so members know what to use and when.
2. Program Adoption & Engagement
• Monitor engagement and participation across the community.
• Proactively identify and reconnect with members who have become less engaged, helping them regain momentum and stay on track.
• Drive adoption of core resources: Weekly Group Calls, 1:1 Coaching, the UYSP Online Course, AskIan GPT, and Masterminds.
• Provide accountability and ongoing support throughout the member journey.
3. Member Success & Renewals
• Manage and support a book of members between live sessions.
• Become an expert in our frameworks, tools, and curriculum, and serve as a trusted resource members rely on.
• Handle all member issues with professionalism, integrity, and grace.
• Drive long-term member success by identifying challenges early, removing obstacles, and helping members achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide them with a list of upcoming renewals each quarter and give them any relevant information which will assist them in renewing their membership.
4. Operational & Strategic Support
• Act as a support to the COO and assist on projects as needed.
• Support customer success operations across the membership.
• Track, maintain, and report on program-level adoption and engagement metrics.
• Help systematize and improve the onboarding and member-success process as the community grows.
• Run semi-annual member feedback surveys.
