FOUNDER + CEO

Ian Koniak

 

I've been the #1 sales performer at several Fortune 500 companies, including the #1 Strategic Account Executive in the Enterprise Select Division of Salesforce.com.

For 15 of 18 years I've overachieved my quota, including a run of 42 consecutive months over quota. I've trained and led dozens of teams, who have achieved phenomenal results. I'm still in the trenches, and I know the pressures of sales and exactly what it takes to get out of the grind.

Ambitious and driven early in my career, I based my entire self-worth on how I was performing every year. That philosophy got me tremendous success and results, but it also took its toll. I was burnt out and ready for a change, which led me to hire a coach, join a mastermind, and take on a beginner's mindset.

After embarking on a 4-year journey of self-development with over $50,000 invested in my own training and development, the results have been astounding. I've sold the biggest deals of my career, while making a massive impact on my customers' businesses and finding great joy and fulfillment in my work. Sales has become fun again, and I'm viewed by my clients as a trusted advisor, rather than a pushy salesman.

I realized that what I've learned is pure gold, and that it can be used by every sales rep to achieve top results. My mission is to use my life and sales experience to share what I've learned to help you grow your results too!

Mike Fiascone

 

I started selling toys to classmates at age 7. In my high school yearbook, I was voted “most likely to be a salesman” by my classmates. Needless to say, sales is my destiny.

Over the past 25 years, I have been in enterprise sales for small start-ups and large companies in software and hardware. My time at Oracle is where I learned the foundational concepts of strategic sales.

I joined DocuSign enterprise sales in 2011 when it was $14m in ARR and 100 employees. When I left 10 years later, it was a public company with over $1B in revenue and 6,000 employees. I was top 5% rep for 6 years and #1 rep overall. I was promoted to run a new “Big Deal Team” called Strategic Engagements. My team worked with sales managers and reps to help amplify and close the largest deals in the company around the world. After seeing some gaps in our sales process. I was asked by our CRO to co-develop “The DocuSign Way” sales methodology where I trained and coached 100s of sellers across the globe on the mindset and skills of strategic sales.

After DocuSign, I became CRO of Prime Trust, a financial infrastructure platform in the crypto industry, where I ran marketing, sales, and customer success. We raised $200m and grew revenue from $6m to $60m in 2 years. In 2022 I started my own company as the CRO and co- founder of 100 Handshakes, a B2B relationship mapping platform for B2B sellers.

I attribute my success in sales and in life to the inner work I have done over the past 10 years. I had to let go of family patterns I inherited around fear, lack, scarcity, and judgement. Once I raised my vibes and upgraded my energy field, my external circumstances dramatically changed. I went from being bankrupt to being a millionaire in just a few years. I love sales and I love coaching. It feeds my soul and is a key part of my life’s purpose.

Christi Civalier

 

Throughout my exciting 30+ year career in enterprise technology sales, I have thrived on being at the forefront of introducing business-critical software and hardware technologies to Fortune 500 clients. My passion for creating winning sales strategies, managing complex sales cycles, and building strong relationships with the C-Suite has enabled me to close multi-million-dollar deals, generating over $175 million in sales. This success has allowed me to provide my family with a great life, a testament to my dedication and hard work.

Living by the Win/Win philosophy, I pride myself on developing deeply positive and rewarding relationships built around a "we both win" mindset. This frame of mind and heart constantly seeks mutual benefit from all human interactions. I am considered a quintessential working leader, trusted advisor, resource, and partner to my clients, not merely another consultant. Sharing my experiences and learnings to help other sales professionals become the best versions of themselves is a passion of mine.

My journey began in the Financial District of Boston, leasing postage meters for Pitney Bowes. From knocking on doors to using typewriters for proposals, I have seen it all. The days of pay phones, beepers, palm pilots, and the Motorola Flip Phone taught me resilience and adaptability.

These "Gangsta" sales days, armed with my Mont Blanc Pen and Franklin Planner, shaped my positive mindset and instilled the belief that failure is not an option and hope is not a strategy.

My superpower lies in my positive mindset and the skill of execution. With three decades of experience and a consistent, long-proven track record, I firmly believe in the power of the mind. Inspired by Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich," I live by the mantra, "What my mind can conceive and believe, my mind will achieve!"

Networking with other sales professionals and leaders to make an impact on their bottom line and help customers solve complex problems is what I love to do. I am honored to work alongside Ian Koniak, sharing the learnings of his illustrious sales career.

Second woman in Pitney Bowes history to achieve President status at the prestigious Pacemaker Leadership Conference. Recognized as #1 Leasing Sales Manager and #1 Sales Representative for six years out of 14.
  • PTC: Top Producer achieved $20M in sales within five years. Earned President's Club recognition in 2007, 2008, and 2009 for top sales performance during recession years. Top Aerospace and Defense Strategic Sales Executive in 2009.
  • CA Technologies: Top producer in Enterprise Account Sales, drove $50M in seven years. Attended Presidents Club five out of seven years from 2012-2019.
  • Salesforce: Enterprise Account Manager responsible for five Fortune 500 accounts with no existing footprint. Drove $5M in sales during a two-year tenure. Selected by Salesforce Global Executive Stakeholders to be part of the esteemed global AE Sales Excellence Academy Program, reserved for the top 10% of Account Executives globally.

Rich McGrew

 

I’ve driven $200M+ in ACV over my 25 year sales career across all types of tech companies. From large to small, private to publicly-held (Brightcove, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle) to hyper growth start-ups that had successful exits. I’ve surpassed quotas, attended President Clubs, led sales teams and received six-figure commission checks. 

But in 2020 a shift began to happen – and not the good kind. My successes felt “empty” and I started to miss quotas. I began to stress harder, grind more and was overwhelmed – often. I felt broken. Something needed to change. 

For the first time in my career, I chose to invest in coaching. I joined Untap Your Sales Potential in 2022 and started coaching with Ian. Things did, in fact, begin to change. Quickly.

I was Brightcove’s (NASDAQ: BCOV) #1 global sales performer for the next two consecutive years and experienced the highest earnings of my career. I closed a strategic deal with Netflix within the first 6 months. I then closed the largest deal in the media space in 2023 – and did it again in 2024. I began to feel good again about what I was doing. I had purpose. It felt real, impactful and authentic. It felt like I  was beginning to reach my full potential. “Full potential” meaning fulfilled across all aspects of my life. Not just professionally, but personally, physically, financially, spiritually and I was proud of how I was doing it. 

Fast forward three years, I’m lit up again and thriving. The changes I made provided me with a runway to “retire from tech” – on top – and to pursue my dream of launching my own real estate development company. Which I’m proud to say that I’ve done. Sales was the financial vehicle that helped make my move to entrepreneurship a reality. UYSP provided the personal development and growth mindset that enabled me to get there.

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Tanveer Mostafa

 

I fell in love with sales at 11 years old, pitching door-to-door snow removal services. Since then, I've sold over $10M across multiple industries including retail, banking, B2C services and B2B SaaS. Most recently I worked at Salesforce where I finished as the #1 AE across my org 2 years in a row - averaging 270% attainment. 

But it wasn't always sunshine and roses. Along the way, I struggled with deep stress, high-functioning anxiety, and panic attacks that landed me in the ER. When I decided enough was enough, I enrolled in Untap Your Sales Potential and became one of the earliest members. 

UYSP changed my life. I was able to get more done in less time, feel confident about my sales process, significantly reduce my day-to-day mental anxiety and adopt a sustainable approach to delivering high-performance at work and at home.

Now, it’s an honor to serve this community from the inside out and help other sellers experience the same shift.

Outside of work, I’m obsessed with personal growth. That’s why I host Winning Streaks, a podcast where I interview high-performers doing the inner work in sales, entrepreneurship, athletics, and beyond.

Selling to me is as much about energy and alignment as it is about tactics and frameworks. My north star is to help people unlock permanent performance: success that’s sustainable and deeply fulfilling.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside top sales professionals and coaches to build meaningful relationships and drive powerful results. For me, it’s never just about booking meetings—it’s about sparking transformation and connecting with people who are ready to step into their highest potential.

Before joining Untap, I held sales roles at companies like LinkedIn, Fortune Magazine, Udemy, and CoachHub, consistently ranking among the top performers. I’m also a certified professional coach and content creator, known for sharing insights on emotional intelligence, self-mastery, and legacy-building through my LinkedIn posts and podcasts.

Isaac McCauley

 

I’m Isaac McCauley, Head of Client Success at Untap Your Sales Potential. My journey here started on the other side, as a Platinum client trying to juggle work, family, and the constant pressure to perform. I didn’t just need more tactics; I needed structure, support, and belief. That’s exactly what I found inside UYSP, and it helped me hit 168% of quota and completely change how I showed up at work and at home.

Now I get to help others experience the same kind of transformation. I bring deep empathy, first hand experience, and a passion for building systems that keep our members connected, supported, and making progress, even when life gets busy.

I’m driven by the mission to help sellers realize their full potential, not just in their numbers, but in how they lead their lives. I live in Northern Ireland with my wife and our four amazing kids.

Brooke Estin

 

I combine over a decade of Silicon Valley experience in strategy, UX, design, and growth systems to help business owners scale with clarity, integrity, and alignment.

As a certified personal brand strategist, TED speaker, and designer, I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations like Google, TED, Disney, SingularityU, IDEO, Impact Hub, Brand Builders Group, and Red Bull Media House. My gift lies in blending creative energy with strategic thinking—supporting mission-driven entrepreneurs in turning their boldest visions into grounded, profitable realities.

Before joining UYSP, I founded I Know a Gal, a globally recognized creative agency where I helped coaches and creative entrepreneurs design aligned, freedom-focused businesses. Clients often describe me as a “business acupuncturist” for my ability to spot the root of a block and unlock forward momentum with clarity and care.

I also host The Art of Lost & Found podcast, where I explore the non-linear paths of entrepreneurs who are creating meaningful lives and businesses on their own terms.

Born in California, raised in Thailand, educated in the UK, and now living in Spain—I bring a global perspective that’s creative, strategic, and deeply rooted in purpose and freedom.

Jared Chan

 

I’m a Bay Area local who kicked off my sales journey knocking on doors and selling paper at Staples (yes, just like 'The Office')—where I hustled hard enough to completely pay off my student loans in just seven months.

As an only child of first-generation immigrant parents, I knew I needed to increase my income to support them—so I broke into SaaS sales through Salesforce, working my way up to an Account Executive, where I grew an under performing territory by 200%. That momentum led me to Clearbit, a rapidly growing startup, where I quickly realized that past success didn’t guarantee future wins. I struggled in my first few months, but I knew I was capable of more.

That’s when I invested in coaching with Ian (back when he was at Pavilion). His frameworks—and some great leaders along the way—helped me find repeatable success. I was promoted from Mid-Market to Enterprise AE, where I found my stride, exceeded quota, and closed standout logos.

Most recently, I was a Strategic Enterprise AE at Medallion, where I helped build an enterprise sales motion and earned my spot at President’s Club. But the grind took a toll. I hit burnout, saw addictive tendencies resurface, and lost touch with my values—hurting both myself and people I cared deeply about. I hired Ian again, this time as a personal coach. His support helped me finish strong with a 7-figure TCV deal and, more importantly, a renewed sense of self and the desire to lean into personal growth, which brought me here to UYSP.

Outside of work, I’m a big UFC fan, food seeker, horror movie buff, and a lifelong student of sales strategy. Let’s connect!
