Ian Koniak

 

Ian Koniak is the Founder and CEO of Untap Your Sales Potential, one of the fastest-growing coaching companies in America and the only sales training firm ranked on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list. Under his leadership, the company has surpassed $10M in revenue and is transforming the way tech sellers succeed - by combining proven sales strategies with mindset, habits, and purpose.

Before launching his own business, Ian was a top enterprise seller at Salesforce and Ricoh, selling over 100M in his career and consistently ranking among the highest-performing reps. His track record of success has made him one of the most sought-after SaaS sales coaches in the world, with more client testimonials than any other coach in the industry.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ian’s greatest joy comes from his family. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Sandy, and their two children, Max and Luke. Mike’s journey began early—selling toys in grade school, and later earning the title “most likely to be a salesman” from his high school peers. For over 25 years he has built a career in enterprise sales across both hardware and software. At Oracle, he absorbed the fundamentals of strategic selling; at DocuSign, he joined when ARR was $14M and employees were 100, then helped guide it into a $1B+ public company, ranking in the top 5% of reps for six years and #1 overall. He built and led DocuSign’s Strategic Engagements (“Big Deal Team”), co-created the “DocuSign Way” methodology, and coached hundreds of sellers globally. Later, as CRO at Prime Trust, he scaled revenue from $6M to $60M in two years amid a $200M raise.

What distinguishes Mike is not just his track record, but his commitment to growth inside and out. Christi brings more than three decades of high-stakes sales experience across hardware, software, and enterprise services. She has generated over $175M in lifetime sales and consistently ranked as a top performer at companies including Pitney Bowes, Novell, and multiple Fortune 500 technology providers. Her track record spans C-Suite negotiations, multi-million-dollar deal cycles, and leading account teams on global rollouts.

Rich McGrew

 

Rich has delivered over $200M in ACV during his 25-year career spanning startups, publicly traded SaaS companies, and everything in between. He’s been a multi-year President’s Club winner, #1 global seller, and trusted mentor to emerging talent. He has led in both quota-carrying roles and sales leadership, with clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to disruptive technology innovators.

But Rich’s story is also one of burnout and breakthrough. At one point, he was “succeeding” by the numbers but losing his sense of purpose and fulfillment. In 2022, he joined Untap Your Sales Potential as a client and transformed his approach to selling—and to life. Most recently at FullStory, he ranked as the #1 enterprise seller in the West, hitting multiple President’s Clubs and closing Fortune 100 accounts.

Adam is recognized for combining structure with empathy: building repeatable frameworks while also developing people. Tanveer Mostafa

 

Tanveer has been in sales since age 11, when he went door-to-door selling snow removal services. Over the years, he has closed more than $10M in deals across industries including banking, retail, B2C, and SaaS. At Salesforce, he was the #1 Account Executive across his org for two years running, averaging 270% of quota and setting multiple company records.

But Tanveer’s success hasn’t been without struggle. Early in his career, high-functioning anxiety and burnout were constant companions. As one of UYSP’s earliest members, he committed to transforming both his sales and his life—emerging with greater resilience, clarity, and fulfillment. Today, as CRO, Tanveer oversees all revenue functions for UYSP while also hosting Winning Streaks, a podcast where he interviews high performers about both their external results and their internal growth. He is committed to helping salespeople build not just careers, but lives they love.

Davidson Hang

 

Davidson has blended over ten years in tech sales with deep training in personal growth and leadership. He has been a top performer at LinkedIn, Fortune Magazine, Udemy, and CoachHub, consistently ranking in the top percentile of sellers and helping drive global expansion into new verticals.

Alongside his sales career, Davidson has invested heavily in personal development, completing programs with Tony Robbins, Landmark, and Accomplishment Coaching. He has published four books on personal growth, launched a top-rated podcast, and regularly speaks about emotional intelligence and authentic selling. His combination of credibility (multi-million-dollar deals, Fortune 500 logos) and humanity (empathy, resilience, purpose) makes him a unique leader in business development. Davidson leads outreach, partnerships, and relationship building at UYSP.

Isaac McCauley

 

Isaac began as a Platinum member of UYSP, balancing career, quota, and raising four children in Northern Ireland. During his time in the program, he grew into one of the top performers in his org—hitting 168% of quota and earning recognition as a trusted advisor to his clients. That first-hand experience of transformation led him to join the team and build Client Success from the ground up.

Isaac ensures members are supported through every stage of the program: from onboarding to breakthroughs, he is known for both his operational discipline and his empathy. He has designed systems that keep clients engaged and progressing, even in the face of life’s demands. His north star is simple: make sure every member has the same chance he had to grow, win, and live more fully.

Brooke Estin

 

Brooke is a brand strategist, designer, and systems builder who has worked with organizations including Google, TED, Disney, Salesforce, IDEO, and Red Bull Media House, as well as 7- and 8-figure personal brands. For more than a decade, she has helped entrepreneurs and executives clarify their message, build scalable platforms, and grow businesses that have collectively generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

Before joining UYSP, she founded I Know A Gal, a globally recognized creative agency supporting coaches and entrepreneurs in designing brands, websites, and digital products rooted in alignment and purpose. Her work blends Silicon Valley strategy with high-level design, creating a style that is clean, intentional, and conversion-driven. At UYSP, she oversees all design and product development to ensure the brand and platforms reflect the world-class quality of the coaching experience.

Born in California, raised in Thailand, educated in the UK, and now living in Spain, Brooke also hosts The Art of Lost & Found podcast, where she explores the nonlinear paths of entrepreneurial creativity, resilience, and growth.


SALES STRATEGIST

Jared Chan

 

Jared paid off his student loans in just seven months by selling paper at Staples—an early sign of his drive. After breaking into SaaS via Salesforce, he grew an underperforming territory by over 200% and was promoted to Mid-Market. At Clearbit, he learned the hard lesson that past performance doesn’t guarantee future success, but used coaching and self-investment to push through a plateau.

Later, at Medallion, Jared rose to Enterprise, closed a seven-figure TCV deal, and hit President’s Club while helping build the company’s enterprise motion. He has worked in hyper-growth startups, carried $1M+ quotas, and been promoted multiple times. Outside sales, Jared is a lifelong learner who immerses himself in UFC, horror films, food culture, and personal development. At UYSP, he supports strategy, frameworks, and helping sellers sharpen their playbooks.
