I've been the #1 sales performer at several Fortune 500 companies, including the #1 Strategic Account Executive in the Enterprise Select Division of Salesforce.com.

For 15 of 18 years I've overachieved my quota, including a run of 42 consecutive months over quota. I've trained and led dozens of teams, who have achieved phenomenal results. I'm still in the trenches, and I know the pressures of sales and exactly what it takes to get out of the grind.

 Ambitious and driven early in my career, I based my entire self-worth on how I was performing every year. That philosophy got me tremendous success and results, but it also took its toll. I was burnt out and ready for a change, which led me to hire a coach, join a mastermind, and take on a beginner's mindset.

After embarking on a 4-year journey of self-development with over$50,000 invested in my own training and development, the results have been astounding. I've sold the biggest deals of my career, while making a massive impact on my customers' businesses and finding great joy and fulfillment in my work. Sales has become fun again, and I'm viewed by my clients as a trusted advisor, rather than a pushy salesman.

I realized that what I've learned is pure gold, and that it can be used by every sales rep to achieve top results. My mission is to use my life and sales experience to share what I've learned to help you grow your results too!

Mike Fiascone

 

I started selling toys to classmates at age 7. In my high school yearbook, I was voted “most likely to be a salesman” by my classmates. Needless to say, sales is my destiny.

Over the past 25 years, I have been in enterprise sales for small start-ups and large companies in software and hardware. My time at Oracle is where I learned the foundational concepts of strategic sales.

I joined DocuSign enterprise sales in 2011 when it was $14m in ARR and 100 employees. When I left 10 years later, it was a public company with over $1B in revenue and 6,000 employees. I was top 5% rep for 6 years and #1 rep overall. I was promoted to run a new “Big Deal Team” called Strategic Engagements. My team worked with sales managers and reps to help amplify and close the largest deals in the company around the world. After seeing some gaps in our sales process. I was asked by our CRO to co-develop “The DocuSign Way” sales methodology where I trained and coached 100s of sellers across the globe on the mindset and skills of strategic sales.

After DocuSign, I became CRO of Prime Trust, a financial infrastructure platform in the crypto industry, where I ran marketing, sales, and customer success. We raised $200m and grew revenue from $6m to $60m in 2 years. In 2022 I started my own company as the CRO and co- founder of 100 Handshakes, a B2B relationship mapping platform for B2B sellers.

I attribute my success in sales and in life to the inner work I have done over the past 10 years. I had to let go of family patterns I inherited around fear, lack, scarcity, and judgement. Once I raised my vibes and upgraded my energy field, my external circumstances dramatically changed. I went from being bankrupt to being a millionaire in just a few years. I love sales and I love coaching. It feeds my soul and is a key part of my life’s purpose.
